Please read our Terms and Conditions (Terms) carefully as these Terms constitute our legal contract with you. By booking classes, courses or workshops with us (Sessions) you are confirming you have read the Terms and agree to be bound by them. Please also refer back to these Terms from time to time as they may change (and we reserve the right to do so). 

In these Terms: 

we, us, our means STREK LTD (Company Number 13114659, whose registered office is 19a Cobble Lane, London N1 1SF). We supply all Sessions subject to these Terms; and 

you, your, yours means you, the client. 



The nature of our business and the provision by us of Sessions to you means that we will collect and process certain of your personal data from time to time. We will only do so in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which you can read by clicking the following link: Privacy Policy.



Many of our Sessions involve strenuous physical activity and we recommend that you seek medical advice before attending or participating in a Session (including virtual/online sessions). For your own safety and the safety of others we rely on you using our facilities and premises and participating in our Sessions (including online) in the intended manner and your acceptance of these Terms constitutes your confirmation that you will do so, that you will comply with our reasonable instructions in relation to your attendance at our premises or participation in a Session and that you agree to the content of our Health and Safety Statement, a copy of which you can view here.

In common with many businesses, we have had to make changes to the way we operate during the current COVID-19 pandemic, and further details are set out in our Covid Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You can view our policy here. To the extent our Covid Policy is inconsistent with these Terms then our Covid Policy will take precedence over these Terms.



We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for loss or damage which is your own fault or which is attributed to a third party unconnected with the provision of our services. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we accepted your order.

We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any breach of any terms implied by law.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for your personal belongings whilst at our premises, including when using our lockers.




A) Our Sessions include Yoga, Pilates Classes, Workshops and Courses (described further on our Website), and may include classes designed to be available online, including live stream classes and on-demand classes.


B) In booking a Session you agree to comply with any additional rules we may make known to you in relation to the Session from time to time, including how you may use our premises, facilities and your conduct whilst doing so.


C) All Sessions and instructors are subject to change from time to time, even after you have booked. We will let you know about any changes as soon as we can, either via email, SMS or telephone. 


D) Access to our premises, Sessions and any other goods and services we may supply from time to time is at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse you access to any of the same, or to suspend or otherwise terminate your Account if we consider that you are in breach of these Terms, the Session Rules or your behaviour at our Premises is inappropriate, aggressive, rude, threatening or otherwise damaging to our customers, staff or our reputation more generally. If we do so you will not be entitled to any refunds.



We offer the following different types of membership/sessions, which offer you different ways of paying for classes:


Please note: Some membership/session types have an expiry date - please see website for details. All memberships/session options activate on the day of purchase. It is not advised to buy more than one membership/session at a time. Memberships/sessions are assigned to individual client accounts and cannot be shared between clients. 

We may offer discounts on retail purchases or free products/rewards with certain membership or session types. These rewards are set out on the pricing page on our website. We reserve the right to remove or change these rewards from time to time and You must check our membership rewards on our website before purchasing. 



You can purchase individual sessions which can be redeemed on a pay-as-you-go basis. The drop-in rate for each Session is set out on the pricing page on our Website. Drop in sessions will expire 1 month after purchase. 



The drop in intro offer entitles you to a discounted rate on your first drop in class at Strek and the rate is set out on the pricing page on our website. This offer will expire 1 month after purchase, is valid for new students only and can only be purchased once.



You can purchase standalone bundles of sessions at discounted rates (class passes) which can be redeemed against Sessions. Details of the Packages we offer will be set out on the pricing page on our Website.

5 Class passes will expire 2 months after purchase date and cannot be suspended or extended except for exceptional circumstances.

10 Class passes will expire 3 months after purchase date and cannot be suspended or extended except for exceptional circumstances.

20 Class passes will expire 6 months after purchase date and cannot be suspended or extended except for exceptional circumstances.

If you need to suspend or extend your pass, please email detailing the circumstances 2 weeks before the expiry of your pass. Any decision to suspend or extend a pass is at the Manager's discretion.



You can purchase an unlimited membership which allows you access to an unlimited amount of classes per month. First payment will be taken on the day of sign up and the same date each month until cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your membership you must submit your request in writing to at least 30 days in advance of your next billing date.

Members are entitled to suspend their membership for the period of one month, a maximum of once per year, and must request this in writing to with 30 days notice.



The unlimited month intro offer allows you access to unlimited classes at a discounted rate for one month only. The rate for this offer is set out on the pricing page on our website. This offer will expire 1 month after purchase, is valid for new students only and can only be purchased once.



You can purchase a gift card with a custom amount of your choice that can be redeemed against any of the pricing options listed above as long as your account meets the requirements for that membership/session type. The purchased gift card will be emailed to either the purchaser or recipient (if a gift) and must then be assigned to a member account by emailing or visiting the studio.



You can purchase a pass to one of our courses which allows you access to a set number of sessions on certain dates. Details of the Courses we offer and their sessions will be set out on the pricing page on our Website.

This pass cannot be suspended, extended or refunded except for exceptional circumstances.

If you need to suspend or extend your pass, please email detailing the circumstances. Any decision to suspend or extend a pass is at the Manager's discretion.



You can purchase individual sessions which can be redeemed against our workshops. The rate for each Workshop is set out on the pricing page on our Website. 




A)  When you book a session you will be charged the Session price unless otherwise stated.


B) Your booking on a Session is only confirmed once you have received an email confirmation from us or the Session appears in the ‘Upcoming Bookings’ section of your Account. Please make sure you receive a booking confirmation before you attend the Session. If you do not receive a confirmation please contact us by phone (020 3874 7040), e-mail (, or in-person through the receptionist on duty at our premises. Session prices, timings and instructors are subject to change at any time before we accept your booking.


C) Please refer to our Website, app, MINDBODY website or app for Session availability. Sessions may be booked up to 14 days in advance.


D) All Sessions are subject to availability, and whilst we try to ensure that suitable numbers and types of Sessions are available, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to book any particular Session.

If a Session is fully booked then you may either: (i) join an alternative Session; or (ii) join a waiting list for the fully booked Session. If you are on the waiting list for a fully booked Session and a space becomes available up to 2 hours prior to the start of the Session, you will automatically be enrolled in the Session and a relevant credit will be deducted from your Account. We will notify you by email or SMS in such instances. As waiting list places are allocated automatically up to 2 hours prior to the start of the Session, it is your responsibility to ensure that you can make it to the Session on time. You can cancel your place on the waiting list at any time for a full refund until places are allocated at the Session. If a space becomes available on a Session within 2 hours of the start time, places will no longer be allocated to people on the waitlist, but spaces will be available to book via the website, in the studio or over the phone.Each class will have a waitlist of up to 3 clients.


E) Booking closes 30 minutes prior to class start time.


F) Before attending your first session at STREK you must have completed all sign up forms through the website, app, mindbody app or You can also complete these at the studio but you must arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class to ensure forms can be filled out before class start time.  



A) You may change or cancel your booking for a Session, without charge, up to 24 hours before the start of the Session that you have booked (Early cancellation). We will refund you via the online store, to the card that was used to make the payment. If you book onto a Session within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, you are not entitled to change or cancel.


B) You are not entitled to change or cancel your booking for a Session or otherwise elect to receive a refund for the Session (including for a no show) within 24 hours of its scheduled start time. To do so means you will be charged the full session price (late cancellation). 


C) All class passes have an expiry date, clearly detailed on our Prices page on our website. 



We operate a policy which prevents you from taking part in a Session if you are more than 5 minutes late for the relevant Session (in such situations you will be deemed to be “late”). This policy is in place to prevent injury and to be mindful of the teacher and other participants in the Session. In line with our cancellation policy, you will not be refunded for Sessions you are unable to attend because you are late.



In the event that we cancel a Session that you have booked, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you by email, SMS or telephone to let you know. We will offer you the option of being transferred to another equivalent Session at an alternative date and time (subject to availability) or we will refund the price of the cancelled Session. 




In order to book Sessions you must sign up for an account (Account) at (our Website), the STREK app (our app), the MINDBODY app or You must be at least 18 years of age to attend any Sessions at STREK.



A) Drop ins, class passes, gift cards, workshops and courses. You can pay using your credit or debit card via the STREK studio,, the STREK app, the MINDBODY app or Save in respect of your right to cancel (see section below), all class purchases are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to any other person.


B) Unlimited memberships. You can pay using your credit or debit card via the STREK studio,, the STREK app, the MINDBODY app or Your first month’s fee payment will be processed on the date you sign up. Your subsequent months’ membership fee payments will then be processed via your original payment method on the same day in each month that corresponds to the day of the month on which you signed up for your membership (or the nearest equivalent day in shorter months (where relevant)). 

If payment is unsuccessful on the payment date, we will email you to notify you of the unsuccessful payment. If after 48 hours of notice being given, payment has still not been made, then your membership will be cancelled and any existing (but unpaid) bookings for Sessions or any new Sessions you book will be charged at the applicable pay-as-you-go drop-in rate. 




A) Where you have purchased Sessions on a pay-as-you-go basis, a Package or a Monthly Subscription via our Website then you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of your purchase (Cooling Off Period) by contacting our studio by telephone, in person or email to


B) If you cancel during the Cooling Off Period and have not booked any Sessions then you will be refunded the full charge for the relevant purchase.


C) If you cancel during the Cooling Off Period and have booked 1 or more Sessions then you will be refunded the full charge for the relevant purchase less the cost of the Sessions booked (calculated at the drop in rate for each Session).  



From time to time we may make various products available for you to purchase via our Website or at our studio and we may elect to implement specific terms and conditions or policies that apply to any purchase you may make of such products or where you wish to return products to us after purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.



If you wish to return any items, you must do so within 14 days of the original purchase date, in the original and undamaged packaging and provide proof of purchase. Any returns outside of this period will not be refunded. Payment will be returned via the original payment method.



From time to time we may run various promotions, prize draws and other offers (each a Promotion). We may implement separate terms and conditions in respect of any such Promotion, and will advise you accordingly where this is the case. However, notwithstanding this:


A) we reserve the right to end any promotion without warning at any time;


B) we also reserve the right to withdraw your right to any Promotion if we consider, in our absolute discretion, that you have abused, misused or gained an unfair advantage in respect of the Promotion. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, the creation of multiple customer accounts and self-referral; 


C) additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfil any future Sessions bookings made by any customer found to have abused, misused or gained an unfair advantage in respect of the Promotion; and 


D) any prizes offered by us in connection with a Promotion must be claimed within 21 days of the announcement of the winners. We have 45 days to issue any such prize. We reserve the right to substitute any prize or promotion for the equivalent value in Sessions.



From time to time we may make discount codes available to you, and your use of any such discount codes shall be subject to additional terms and conditions, which we will make you aware of at the time of use. Discount codes may only apply to certain Sessions and we will set this out in our applicable promotional communications. In the event that Sessions booked using a discount code are cancelled, the relevant Session will be cancelled in accordance with the terms above. In addition:


A) we reserve the right to end or withdraw any Discount Code without warning at any time;


B) we also reserve the right to withdraw your right to use any Discount Code if we consider, in our absolute discretion, that you have abused, misused or gained an unfair advantage in respect of the Discount Code; and


C) additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfil any future Sessions bookings made by any customer found to have abused, misused or gained an unfair advantage in respect of the Discount Code.



By you: Any written notice, enquiry or feedback should be provided using our Contact Form, which can be found at: Contact Us Or via email to You may change or cancel a Session booking by phone, online or in-person at our premises.

By us: We may contact you using any of the contact details you provide to us when you sign up, which may include via telephone or text message. Our Privacy policy (which you can access following the link set out above) sets out how we may process your personal data, which includes the contact details you provide to us.



We always welcome feedback from Our clients and, whilst We always use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that Your experience as a client of Ours is a positive one, We nevertheless want to hear from You if You have any cause for complaint. If You have any complaint about Our Services or any other complaint about the Teacher [or any other teacher], please raise the matter with the Teacher or other staff member at Our premises, or by emailing



We shall not be liable to you or deemed to be in breach of these Terms by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to these Terms if the delay was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of god, terrorism, explosion, flood, storm, fire, war or threat of war, riot, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance, restrictions, regulations, by-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any government, parliamentary, or local authority, strikes, lockouts or other industrial action or trade disputes (whether involving our employees or those of any third party), I.T. system failures, viruses, pandemic, epidemic, civil emergency or other widespread illness, difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery, power failure or breakdown in machinery.

In the event that our studio is closed for a period of 7 days or more due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will grant you a membership freeze until our studio has reopened. Under these circumstances, the expiry date for your balance will be reset from the date that the studio reopens.



No delay or failure by either party to exercise any of its powers, rights or remedies under these Terms will operate as a waiver of them, nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them. Any waiver, to be effective, must be in writing.



If any part of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part will be severed from these Terms, the remainder of which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.



These Terms together with our disclaimer and any policies we have in force from time to time constitute the entire agreement between us and you and shall have effect to the exclusion of any other memorandum, agreement, or understanding of any kind, whether oral or written, between us and you.



These Terms constitute a contract between you and us. No other person shall have the right to enforce any of these Terms.



These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby agree to submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.


  • You acknowledge that Sessions may be physically strenuous and You agree that You voluntarily participate in a Session with full knowledge that even if the Teacher [and any other teacher involved in the Session] is not negligent there is an inherent risk of personal injury or illness arising from Your participation in any exercise program and use of specialist equipment.

  • Certain Services may be unsuitable for You if You have special needs, or any medical, health or fitness problem or condition.

  • You must ensure that you are fit and well enough to participate in any Session that You book, and You will at all times be responsible for Your own state of health, physical condition and wellbeing.

  • If You have any concerns about Your fitness or health, You should seek appropriate medical advice from Your GP, Physiotherapist or other relevant professional medical or other adviser [and obtain their written consent where necessary] before attending a Session. Advice provided by the Teacher [or any other teacher involved in a Session] at no time constitutes medical advice and is not a substitute for advice provided by a medical professional.

  • You agree that when You apply to register, and also when You book and attend any Session, that will be Your confirmation that You have no health or fitness problems (including, but not limited to cardiac irregularities; spinal, bone, joint, tendon or ligament injuries; spells of dizziness; asthma or other breathing difficulty; diabetes; epilepsy or other allergy) which may affect your participation in any Session.

  • When You request a booking for a Session and [at least 48 hours] before You attend any Session:

  1. We advise You to tell Us of any special physical needs, any issue relating to Your health, fitness or physical limitations of which You are aware, and any medical condition or on-going medical treatment, which might be relevant to any activity to be undertaken at a Session.

  • You must tell Us:

  1. of any medical condition or are taking any medication which may affect Your ability to undertake any activities at a Session or to use any equipment or facilities provided by Us.

  2. of any circumstances affecting Your health which may be worsened by any activities at a Session; and

  3. if you are pregnant, and if so whether You are in the first 3 months of Your pregnancy.

  • We will discuss with You any such matter that You tell Us, and inform You if We decide not to accept Your booking because of that medical, health or fitness issue or special need. If We do accept Your booking, You must act in accordance with any instructions provided by Us relating to the issue.

  • If You do not tell Us before a Session of anything mentioned above that We then discover, We will be entitled not to provide all or any part that or any other Sessions You have booked and to treat any such Sessions (or part of them) as cancelled by You without notice, in which case We may make a charge to You as set out in sub-Clause 3.11 above for the Session in or before which We discovered the matter referred to in sub-Clause 6.5 or 6.6. [If such a Session is part of a Series, We may also cancel the remaining Sessions in the Series and in that case We will refund You for each of the remaining Sessions an amount equal to the total price for the Series divided by the total number of Sessions in the Series].

  • You must not attend any Session when under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs or immediately following a heavy meal.

  • You should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time of a Session, and before any warm up involved in that Session, to allow for a prompt start. If You know You are going to be late for a Session, You should contact Us to tell Us as soon as You can before the Session start time. If You arrive later than a Session start time and You arrive after any warm-up for that Session has begun, We will not permit You to participate in the Session for health and safety reasons.

  • You should not attempt to use any equipment or facilities until the Teacher [or another suitably qualified teacher] has instructed You in the correct use of the same.

  • You may only use the equipment and facilities provided by Us in the correct manner and must not use them in any manner which is a health and safety risk either to You or to others.



Although most Covid-19 restrictions have now been lifted, we are still committed to reducing the spread of the virus, putting the safety of our staff and students first and taking the following steps to reduce the transmission of COVID 19 at our premises. 

  • Masks are no longer required to be worn but we recommend wearing one whilst moving around the building.

  • Our NHS Test & Trace QR code will still be available if you would like to use it although this is no longer mandatory. 

  • Hand sanitizer will still be available on entrance to the site, the studio as well as in changing areas. 

  • We will continue to clean regularly throughout the day, including frequent touch points.

  • We will continue to operate at a reduced capacity in the studio for the safety of our students and each mat will continue to be spaced 1m apart. 

  • Cleaner & throw away towels will be provided for you to clean your equipment after use.

  • We will continue to leave windows and doors open to allow fresh air to circulate. 

  • We will continue to leave a 15 minute break between classes to reduce client numbers in the studio. 

  • Our shower and changing rooms are open but if you plan to use our shower then please bring a towel with you to reduce the risk to our staff. 

  • It is down to the individual student or client to take reasonable personal responsibility when taking part in physical activity. 

  • We commit to the wellbeing of staff, students and clients, and if they show/have any signs of Covid-19, they will be sent home to follow UK Government regulations. 

  • We ask all students/clients if they have visited the studio and show any symptoms relating to  Covid-19 after their visit, they will contact the  team .  Necessary protocols will be actioned if there is any possibility a staff member, student or client has visited the studio and after visiting is showing any symptoms of Covid-19.
