Having initially found yoga as an antidote to a high stress law degree and career in tech, Katie chose to dedicate her teaching to helping others find a sense of space and ease in self. In a group setting, her goal is to provide an offering that everyone can adapt and apply, with an understanding that each person’s experience is uniquely their own.
Claire began her yoga practice in 2013 following an injury and upon recognising the shift it was having on her own mental health, she was drawn to teaching. Having trained in Vinyasa, Mandala, Embodied and Tantric Flow, Claire uses movement as a gateway into our bodies innate wisdom and intelligence.
GG (Gintare Geltyte) is a professional contemporary dance artist and a yoga instructor.
She is passionate about the power of movement and is always curious about exploring such a vast amount of different movement approaches and is excited to share it with other people.
Originally from sunny South Africa, Veronique's passion for Pilates stemmed from her professional Rhythmic Gymnastics and Dancing career, as she witnessed her own mind and body constantly evolving with her pilates practice.

Tamara’s yoga classes are a balance of strength and release, encouraging students to be playful in their experience, and listen to what their bodies need in the moment. Her passion for movement flows through her teaching, where she guides creative, grounding and energetic classes for all levels. Focusing on body awareness, experimentation and alignment to guide students through a powerful moving meditation.
Known for her playful, creative yet intelligent sequencing, Bex’s teachings are inspired by exploring movement across all layers of the self. She first found her way onto the mat during a period of low mental health and is fascinated by and focused on sharing how something as simple as mindfully aligning our bodies can open so many more doors deeper into the self.
Roberto loves creating a fun environment while focusing on body alignment, breath, mind, heart and energy with challenging and original sequences. In 2019 Roberto qualified in Japan directly from Yu Yagami creator of Jiriki Seitai making him the first non-Japanese navigator to teach in the UK.
Meg is a Dutch-Indonesian-Brit who has learnt to love pretty much every fitness class, though specifically Yoga and controlled movement (you'll often see her upside down). She is all about connecting with people, and showing them the joy and capability of their unique bodies and mind through Vinyasa, Power, Yin and meditation.
As an Advanced Practice Nurse, Avery believes in a holistic approach to wellbeing. From strong power to restful restorative, she invites a sense of curiosity towards the mind body connection in all of her classes, offering opportunities to slow down, connect inwardly, notice and consider how the practice on the mat may support life off the mat and guide us towards our state of wellbeing.
Isabel’s flowing vinyasa yoga classes interweave yoga philosophy and thoughts on the psychology of the mind with intelligent, imaginative (and often somewhat unusual) fun sequences. Classes and courses cover a range of subjects including mindfulness, self-compassion, resilience, psychology and neuroscience.
Mel is a Yoga Teacher and Sobriety Advocate from Glasgow living in London. She discovered Yoga after giving up a party lifestyle that was no longer serving her. Mel found healing and stillness through the intertwined paths of sobriety and Yoga In her classes Yoga, and hopes to be able to hold space to guide students on their own journey of discovery - to help them find connection and stillness within themselves.
A class with Australian, Bunmi, is sure to be a fun and relaxing experience. Central to her approach is a focus on the intention of an asana. In her classes, Bunmi cultivates the community and space needed for positive and purposeful practice; balancing challenging the mind and body with having a laugh and finding the joy in growing together.
