Find your perfect class

We offer yoga/fitness classes 7 days a week including Slow Flow, Flow, Yin, Power and Prenatal Yoga as well as other movement based practices. Our class sizes are limited to allow a more personal experience between our teachers and students. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know the difference between chair and eagle pose, or indeed, if you do; because Strek is a yoga studio for all - a non-exclusive sanctuary where practice and participation is valued over perfection with classes to suit all levels and abilities.

Slow Flow

A slower paced flow which allows you to calm your mind and body and create space. The fundamentals will be similar but each class will differ between teachers.

Suitable for all levels (Ideal for beginners and for when you need to slow things down)


This vinyasa flow class is a fluid and moving practice which links movement with breath. The fundamentals will be similar but each class will differ between teachers. This class will build strength and flexibility and you’ll leave feeling both grounded and energised.

Slow and soothing practice targeting deep connective tissue.  Yin classes are combined with breathwork to find a deep sense of release and restoration, balancing energy through the body.

Power Yoga is great for anyone looking to build strength, stamina and flexibility. With a similar feel to a creative vinyasa flow, Power Yoga incorporates drills and movements that strengthen the arms, legs and core with moments of stillness woven through the practice.

Our Dynamic Mat Pilates class utilises the precision of pilates and fuses it with upbeat low-impact cardio movements to sculpt, strengthen and lengthen your entire body.
Come as you are beginner or advanced as we aim to inspire, motivate and create a safe and effective workout whereby everybody feels empowered and in control of their progress.

A workout that is inspired by dance, pilates, barre & yoga disciplines.
This bodyweight class is designed to tone your abs and sculpt your waistline as well as strengthen your glutes by using targeted body conditioning exercises in high reps.

A class designed specifically for the pregnant body, expect to move through a calming yoga flow before moving into mindful stretching, pranayama (breathwork) and deep guided relaxation as we strengthen the connection between mind, body and baby.   ​

In this 75 minute sound meditation workshop Elizabeth will guide you into states of deep meditation and relaxation. Experience a vibrational re-set on both the mind and body. 

Sound meditation uses the frequencies and vibrations of musical instruments to help your brain reach deep relaxation. The session will begin with some calming breathwork to open the body, then by using other instruments she will guide you peacefully into the sounds, vibrations and healing powers of the gong.
